Driver Alcatel One Touch X070s Windows 8

For just over $50, the Alcatel One Touch X070s is one of the cheapest Windows 8 tablets out there. Though it doesn’t have the sleek touchscreen displays found on more expensive tablets, its budget price tag makes it a bargain for consumers who are looking to dip their toes into Windows 8. Just be warned that this tablet has a lot of restrictions, so don’t expect to use this as your everyday device for work or school. For starters, all apps are limited to none other than Microsoft's own apps. And you'll also only get about an hour of battery life before it dies completely. That being said, it is still a solid tablet for a small price. And with a stick of 32GB or 64GB memory on the front, you can expand the storage to store more files and save them on this device. This device is great for your kids. It has a great OS to keep them entertained for hours, though the OS takes away the ability to use many of their free online games that are available. There are also no social media apps pre-installed on this device, so it’s best to buy the X070S if you want your kids hooked on Instagram and Facebook. Or just play games, watch movies or multitask with one machine. It does not come with Windows 8 Pro for enterprise features, but it did come with Windows 7 Enterprise edition pre-installed on 32/64GB of memory space to help users get started using their tablet in the workplace. Because of the limited storage space, a microSD card should be installed for those who want to expand the memory on the device. Compared with other entry level Windows 8 tablets, this one has few limitations. The biggest downside is that it only has a built-in battery which will drain over time if not kept charged. So always have an external charger handy as well as a set of spare batteries. Also, this device does not have bluetooth or USB connectivity so there’s no way to connect any peripherals, such as a mouse or keyboard. This device also lacks basic features such as HDMI output and earphones. So it’s not recommended for video or photo editing. The battery is also non-removable so if the battery dies, you’d have to get a replacement. As with any other Windows 8 tablets, you can get this device to run quite a few apps. But because of limitations of this device, accessing the app store is a pain in the neck—it requires you to use a program called 'MakeAppx' that will convert pre-packaged Windows 8 application into a native format that the X070S can understand and install in its own app store. And when installing from Microsoft's built-in app store, it is quite slow.
